We collect and hold data in the normal course of providing our consulting services to our clients and as a result of providing interim managers and project managers to our clients. These data are processed on the lawful basis of legitimate interest in accordance with European Union legislation. Furthermore all of our information is stored in a secure, proprietary and highly confidential database, which is accessible only by partners and staff of cayla consulting group.
Depending on your relationship with cayla group information maintained in our database may include financial information, company information, career history, education information and other information as well as contact details. These data may include records of the contact history with you and comments, views or references from our partners, our staff, contact persons at our clients and third parties.

By providing us with your personal information you indicate your willingness for that information to be securely stored by us and for cayla consulting group to contact you, when required and/or appropriate, in the course of our activities as a consultancy services company and as a provider of interim managers and project managers.

storage time of data
The data maintained in our database are reviewed on a regular basis and information will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and/or in case you have instructed us to delete or destroy your data. In general we keep data for ca. 5 years, but mostly not longer than 10 years.
We offer access to your personal data at your request in order to have these updated or corrected if they would be inaccurate or incomplete or to request that we restrict the processing or remove your data entirely from our systems. In case we are asked to remove a record from our database we will however retain minimal information to ensure we do not contact you unwantedly or collect similar information again in the future.
